My aim is to create playful functional and sculptural objects that redefine the place of art and beauty in everyday life. I like to produce objects with atypical shapes that thwart our expectations, placing particular importance on their sensory quality. I work with deformation and exploit the flexibility of clay to produce pieces that are meticulously crafted and bear the marks of creation and the various manipulations of the material.
After studying visual arts and art history, I worked in the cultural field for nearly ten years before devoting myself fully to my artistic practice. I now devote myself to the production of utilitarian objects as well as sculptural pieces.
