Behind my ceramics lies above all the desire to combine the beautiful and the useful, the functional and the decorative. It's the harmonious blending of these two aspects that lies at the heart of my work. I combine my two great passions, textiles and ceramics, to give life to pieces designed to be seen from both near and far. Each piece is conceived as a canvas, ready to welcome a new story. They are an invitation to contemplation, where details emerge from the flat shapes.
My inspiration comes largely from the world of childhood, but also from European folk imagery. I focus on the simplicity of the motifs and the freedom of interpretation they offer. To transcribe them, I reuse techniques intimately linked to textiles, such as stencils and stamps, reminiscent of the wooden blocks used in traditional printing.
My ceramic practice, at the crossroads of different disciplines, enables me to give life to pieces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, inviting us to a gentle reverie.

The Centre de céramique Bonsecours (CCB) is proud to present the collections of its 2024 graduates of the DEC Techniques métiers d'art - Céramique specialization.
In addition to offering the college program in collaboration with Cégep du Vieux Montréal, the CCB's mission is to promote research and creation in contemporary ceramics. Its gallery offers a diversified annual program of exhibitions, lectures and special events.
